About solar power generation equipment and storage battery introduction project to Inagi city public facilities by PPA

The city will install photovoltaic power generation equipment, storage batteries, and ancillary equipment in city public facilities, and operate, maintain, and remove them in order to make efforts to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050 and strengthen the city's resilience. is scheduled to be implemented after 2023.
For the implementation of the project, we will receive proposals from private business operators who have a wealth of technology and skills regarding the installation and maintenance of facilities, and will implement public proposals in order to select the business operators who will bring the best effect for the city. is.
Regarding proposals, the period until March 31, 2023 (Friday) will be designated as the advance preparation period, and the proposal implementation guidelines, etc. will be made public, and statements of intent to participate, etc. will be accepted. After that, proposals, etc. will be accepted during the public offering period, and primary and secondary screening will be conducted.

Selection method

The city will ask participants who have submitted a statement of intent to participate and are deemed eligible to submit proposals, etc.
After receiving the submission of proposals, etc., the selection committee will conduct a first screening (document screening), and at a later date, a second screening (presentation) will be held for those who pass the first screening.
After selecting preferred negotiating rights holders through the secondary screening, we will carry out field surveys of the target facilities and detailed discussions with the city, and make adjustments for the conclusion of basic agreements, etc.

About conclusion of proposal result and agreement

Three companies expressed their intention to participate in the implementation of this proposal, and two of them submitted proposals. For these two companies, the primary examination was conducted on April 26, 2026, and the secondary examination was conducted on May 17, 2023, and the preferential negotiating right holders were selected as follows, and an agreement regarding business implementation was concluded.
