Implementation of public proposals for reconstruction of Inagi City official website, etc. and outsourcing of operational work

Purpose of proposal implementation

Our city website has been in its current form since it was renewed in August 2013. Many years have passed since the renewal, usability and accessibility have become more important, prompt and accurate information dissemination in the event of a disaster has become more important, and the use of mobile devices such as smartphones has become more important. There are many issues that need to be addressed, such as the diversification of people's usage environments and the rapid advancement of web technology, and it is becoming difficult to address them using the current system. In order to resolve these issues, we will rebuild the city website, etc.

Selection method

After receiving proposals, etc., the Inagi City Business Selection Committee for website reconstruction work will conduct a first screening (document screening), and a second screening (presentation) will be held at a later date for those who passed the first screening. to hold.

After selecting a person with preferential negotiation rights through the secondary screening, we will hold detailed discussions with the city and make adjustments toward concluding a contract for outsourcing.
