Regarding the revision of the comprehensive evaluation bidding method trial guidelines

The Inagi City Comprehensive Evaluation Bidding Method Trial Guidelines and Inagi City Comprehensive Evaluation Bidding Method Successful Bidder Selection Criteria have been revised as follows.
The revised Trial Guidelines and Successful Bidder Determination Criteria will apply from April 1, 2019 onwards.

Part of Article 7 of the Trial Guidelines will be revised as follows.
[Before revision] Bidding price is within the minimum limit price and below the planned price [After revision] Bidding price is within the planned price range

The formula for calculating price evaluation points will be revised as follows.
[Before revision] Price evaluation point = 100 x (1 - bid price / planned price)
[After revision]
a) When the bid price is equal to or higher than the price evaluation standard Price evaluation point = 100 x (1 - bid price / planned price)
b) When the bid price is less than the price evaluation reference amount Price evaluation point = price evaluation reference amount price point - {100 x (1 - bid price / planned price) - price evaluation reference price point} - 0.5

Note: The price evaluation standard amount shall conform to the minimum limit price stipulated in Article 32 of the Inagi City Contract Administrative Regulations.

We will revise some evaluation items other than price.
The following five items were newly added as evaluation items.
[New evaluation items] Construction management, employment of the elderly, promotion of gender equality, improvement of working environment, environmental consideration

In addition, since the number of evaluation items other than price has increased, the maximum score for evaluation other than price will be changed from 20 to 25.
