Small Contract Quotation Participation Registration

In city, we raise companies in the city in hope of small-scale construction and contract to affect the purchase of small-value article.
Under this system, business operators are registered on a list as "eligible participants in the quotation competition" and are actively encouraged to submit quotations when ordering contracts for small-scale construction, repairs, or purchase of small-value goods. It is set up to seek, expand opportunities for orders, and revitalize the local economy.
If you are an individual living in the city or a corporation that has a corporate registration in the city, you can register with a simple procedure. Even sole proprietors who are not currently qualified to participate in bidding can get the opportunity to receive orders.
Attention 1 Even if you register the list, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to receive an order. As a general rule, city contracts require submission of quotations from multiple suppliers, and the contract is made with the one who submitted the lowest quotation. For this reason, please be aware that even if you register a list and receive a request for an estimate from the city, it may not lead to a contract.
Attention 2 Those who wish to participate in competitive bidding and those who have a head office outside the city, please visit the website (external link) of Tokyo Electronic Local Government Joint Management Service and complete the necessary procedures.

• A contract for construction or repair with a scheduled price of less than 500,000 yen, or a project where a scheduled price is set for the unit price
• In a contract to purchase goods, the planned price is less than 800,000 yen, or the planned price is set for the unit price
• A contract to outsource work with a scheduled price of less than 500,000 yen, or a project where a scheduled price is set for the unit price

1. Corporate business corporation A corporation that has a corporate registration of the head office in the city
2. Sole proprietor An individual who has a trade name registered in the city
3. Sole proprietor An individual who has an office, office, etc., and resident registration in the city
4. Unions Unions, etc. consisting of the above corporate business operators or sole proprietors

However, those who fall under any of the following are excluded.
1 Bankrupts, adult wards, and persons under assistance or persons under assistance who have not been rehabilitated as prescribed in Article 167-4, Paragraph 1 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order
2 Those who are qualified to participate in competitive bidding in the Tokyo electronic local government joint operation service
3 Those who have not paid the city tax in full for which the due date has already passed
4 Those who fall under any of the requirements for measures listed in the separate table of elimination measures for organized crime groups in the Inagi City contract

Documents to be submitted

Please complete the Quotation Competition Participation Qualification Application and attach the following documents:

1 Certificate of all history matters for corporate business operators
2 If you are a sole proprietor with a trade name registration, a certificate of all history items
3 A copy of the resident card for sole proprietors who do not have a registered trade name

4 In the case of an association, documents listed in (1) to (3) below: (1) Association rules or agreements (2) Member list of the association (3) Member's full history record or resident card copy
5 For those who wish to participate in estimates for small-scale construction, if the necessary permission etc. is required to perform the business of the industry, a copy of the document certifying that the permission etc. has been received

Notes

Of the documents to be attached, the certificate of all history items and a copy of the residence certificate must be the original issued within 3 months before the application date.

When there was registration application to list, we examine application and notify of examination result in writing.
When we accept application as appropriate, we perform registration to list and open list to each affiliation in city hall.

The validity period is one year from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020.
Note: New applications will be accepted at any time, but in this case, the validity period of the list will be from the date of registration to March 31, 2020.

In case of change　

If there is a change in any of the registered items, please submit an application for change of eligibility to participate in the quotation competition .

When business is suspended or abolished

When the business is suspended or abolished, or when the union is dissolved, the list registration will be canceled, so please submit an application for cancellation of participation in the quotation competition .

If you lose your eligibility for other applications

We will cancel your registration, so please submit an application for cancellation of participation in the quotation competition .

Note: However, if any of the following apply, the registration will be canceled immediately regardless of the application.
(1) When it turns out that a false statement was made in the application form or attached documents in the application procedure (2) When the cancellation application was not applied within a reasonable period of time even though it corresponds to the matter for which the cancellation application is required (3) When fraudulent or significantly dishonest acts are found in contracts ordered by the city
