Omitting stamping on quotations

Updated: February 16, 2023

Inagi City will change the handling of seals on quotations as follows in order to promote the review of seals and improve the efficiency of contract work.

Omitting the seal on the quotation

Handling contents

When submitting an estimate for a project for which Inagi City has requested an estimate, it will be possible to simply "sign your name" instead of the conventional "sign your name and seal".

Note 1: "Registered name" means to write the address (location) and name (trade name, representative name, etc.) using a computer, rubber stamp, etc.
Note 2: Quotation documents that have been “signed and stamped” as before will also be treated as valid.
Note 3: If you do not affix your seal, please be sure to specify the "person in charge", "affiliation" and "contact information" for the quotation.

Eligible documents

Quotation (Contracts, invoices, bills, and statements of delivery must be signed and stamped.)

Application start date

It will apply from projects that conclude contracts on or after April 1, 2023.
