Convenience Store Issuance of Various Certificates
In Inagi City, the My Number Card (Individual Number Card) can be used to obtain certificates such as a copy of the Certificate of Residence at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) in convenience stores nationwide, starting from February 16, 2017.
A My Number Card (Individual Number Card) is required for use.
Eligible Users
Those who are registered as residents of Inagi City and have a My Number Card (with a user authentication electronic certificate).
Note: Cannot be used with the Basic Resident Registration Card and Notification Card.

How to Use
You can obtain certificates at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) at convenience stores nationwide that support the following convenience store issuance.
- Touch the "Administrative Services" on the touch panel screen of the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine).
- Set the My Number Card in the designated position and enter the 4-digit PIN (for user certificate).
- Touch the type of certificate.
- Insert the fee and touch "Print Start".
- Certificates and receipts will be printed.

From 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM
- Note: The usage hours may vary by some stores.
- Note: Excludes the year-end and New Year period (from December 29 to January 3) and during equipment maintenance.

Note: Stores without multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) cannot be used.
Convenience Store Issuance Using Smartphones
With the smartphone electronic certificate service, you can obtain certificates using a smartphone (equipped with electronic certificate functionality) at convenience store multi-copy machines without using the My Number Card.

Those who are registered as residents in Inagi City and have a valid My Number Card (with user authentication electronic certificate and signature electronic certificate included)
Devices that can be equipped with electronic certificates for smartphones
The OS is Android, and compatible devices can be equipped.
Please check the My Number Portal website for compatible models.
Note: As of April 1, 2024, it cannot be installed on iPhones.

About Security Measures
- Users can operate the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) themselves to obtain information, so personal information is not exposed to others.
- We are taking measures to prevent personal information leakage, such as using dedicated lines for network use and encrypting communications.
- The multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) provides screen displays and voice guidance to prevent forgetting your My Number Card and certificates.
- Certificates are printed with anti-forgery and tampering prevention measures.
Important Notes (Please Read Carefully)
- If you have not completed the procedure for continuing your My Number Card after moving, you cannot use the convenience store issuance service. You need to complete the continuation procedure at City Hall or a Branch Office.
- Those who have submitted a notification of moving out cannot use the convenience store issuance service. Additionally, if there are members of the same household who have submitted a notification of moving out, the Certificate of Residence cannot be obtained until the moving out is confirmed or the scheduled moving out date has passed.
- If you have completed the transfer procedure on a holiday opening day, you will not be able to obtain the certificate immediately. It will be available for use from the afternoon of the next opening day.
- If there are individuals in the household whose period of stay has expired, it may not be possible to obtain a certificate.
- Changes to names and other details associated with family register submissions may take time to reflect. For more information, please contact us.
- Those eligible for support measures under the Basic Resident Register Act cannot use the convenience store issuance service. Please apply at the City Hall or Branch Office.
- The certificates issued at City Hall or the Branch Office are different from the forms.
- If one copy of the Certificate of Residence consists of multiple pages, it will not be stapled. You can determine it as a single set by the page number and unique number listed on the certificate.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds for certificates are not possible.
- If there are any equipment troubles such as paper jams or printing errors when issuing a certificate, please inform the staff on the spot and proceed with the reissuance process after receiving a refund.
- If you wish to obtain a certificate for reasons that exempt you from the fee according to regulations, please apply at the City Hall or Branch Office counter (refunds cannot be made later).
- It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please wait for a while without leaving the area during the issuance.
- The My Number Card contains personal information and is an important card that can be used as an official form of identification. Please be careful when handling it to avoid forgetting or misplacing it.
- Those who have lost their PIN must reset it at City Hall or the Branch Office.
- If you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row, it will be locked. To unlock it, you need to go through the procedures at City Hall or a Branch Office.
