A warning about "fictitious billing by Amazon Japan G.K."

Consumers' cell phones say, "There is an unpaid fee for paid videos. If we do not hear from you by today, we will move to legal proceedings. Amazon ●●", "The membership fee has not been paid. We will contact you today. If there is none, we will move to small claim proceedings.We will send an SMS (Short Message Service) stating "Amazon ●●", etc., to the consumer who contacted the phone number listed in the SMS, "We will not pay. "If you pay by the end of the day, you will be refunded later." It is sent to the consumer affairs center, etc.
Based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), the Consumer Affairs Agency issued a notice stating that "Businesses pretending to be Amazon Japan G.K. In this transaction, we received information that there was an act that could unfairly harm the interests of consumers (confused by deceiving or intimidating consumers). In order to achieve this, we will inform consumers.
Note: In November 2017, the Consumer Affairs Agency issued a similar warning notice, but since then, the occurrence and spread of consumer damage related to businesses pretending to be Amazon have continued, so the notice was issued again.
