Warning regarding businesses that force consumers to pay large sums of money by saying things like, "First of all, you can earn 100,000 yen surprisingly easily in 2 days."
Updated: October 7, 2019
Since March 2019, consumer affairs centers around the country have been receiving consultations about businesses that force consumers to pay large sums of money, claiming things like ``Earn 100,000 yen in just two days with surprising ease.'' We have received many requests.
The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted an investigation and found that in transactions with "Assist Line Co., Ltd.," there were acts that could unduly harm the interests of consumers (false/exaggerated advertisements/displays, misinformation, and provision of conclusive judgments). ), and based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), we will publish information that contributes to preventing the occurrence or spread of consumer harm and provide information to consumers. I urge you to be careful.
