Regarding TV reception countermeasure construction by the 700MHz Usage Promotion Association

In Inagi City, the 700MHz Usage Promotion Association is implementing measures to prevent TV reception interference.
This work was done because when a mobile phone operator starts operating a mobile phone system using a new radio wave (700MHz band), the radio wave is strongly received by the TV antenna, causing some TV images to be "disturbed" or "not displayed." This is implemented because there is a risk that such effects as
The 700MHz Usage Promotion Association will bear the construction costs. In addition, the construction workers never charge any costs.
Visiting construction workers carry a "TV reception interference countermeasure certificate". If you feel suspicious, please contact the call center listed on the flyer (0120-700-012).

Note: The 700MHz Promotion Association is a general incorporated association established by four companies: NTT Docomo, Inc., KDDI Corporation, Okinawa Cellular Telephone Company, and SoftBank Corp.

1. Measures for households living in areas where pre-construction is required

The following flyers will be distributed two to three months before the radio wave launch date .
At a later date, a worker will visit the site, explain the details of the work, and upon approval, the countermeasure work will be carried out free of charge.

2. Measures for homes in areas where TV images may be affected

Leaflets will be distributed about three weeks before the radio wave launch date .
If the TV image is affected, we will restore it free of charge, so please contact the call center (0120-700-012) listed on the flyer.
