How to obtain my number card (individual number card)

Updated: November 12, 2021

How to obtain my number card

In Inagi City, there are two types of acquisition methods: ``Visit the office when issued'' method and ``Visit the office when applying'' method.
Both methods require you to visit our office at least once.

  • Regarding the period from application to receipt

The period from applying for a My Number Card to receiving it is approximately one and a half months (as a guide).
If you have not received a notification even after two and a half months have passed since your application, we will check the issuance status here, so please contact us.

At the time of issuance, visit the agency

You can apply using your smartphone, computer, or by mail, and then come to the city hall to pick up your card once it is completed.
You can apply without coming to City Hall.

Visit the office at the time of application

When applying, you can visit City Hall or the Hirao/Wakabadai branch office, and once the card is completed, you can pick it up at your home (resident registration place). The card will be sent by the post office via "Registered Mail" or "Registered Mail."
