Notification regarding family register
All notifications can be completed with a single form. The notification form is available at the Citizen Affairs Division.
- Note 1: The review of the notification takes about an hour. If there are multiple notifications or if the notification is not from the registered domicile and does not include a copy of the family register, it may take additional time. Please come to the office with ample time to spare.
- Note 2: The Branch Office does not handle family register-related applications.
For those submitting family register notifications outside of regular office hours on weekdays, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during the Holiday Service Counter operating days
The submitted notification will be accepted, but it has not been officially received.
On the next weekday when the office is open, the Citizen Affairs Division's Family Registry Section will conduct a review, and if there are no deficiencies, it will be officially received as of the date of notification.
On that day, the issuance of the notification receipt and other procedures related to the notification cannot be performed.

About business during lunch break (from noon to 1 PM)
During the lunch break, there will be only one staff member available, so if multiple notifications or applications are submitted, the results of the review may be communicated after 1 PM.
Issuance of the Certificate of Residence and other documents after changes to notifications or applications will be after 1 PM.
