Notification Location

  • City or Ward Office of the Father's Registered Domicile
  • City or Ward Office of the Registered Domicile of the Recognized Child
  • Municipal Office of the City, Ward, or Town of the Notifier's Location

Notice: When registering fetal recognition, it can only be done at the municipal office of the mother's registered domicile.

Necessary Items for Notification

  • Notification of Recognition
  • Identification documents of the person who came to make the Notification for voluntary acknowledgment
  • When recognizing through a court, the court transcript and the certificate of final judgment

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Note: The office is open on holidays from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Outside of the above hours, applications will be accepted at the City Hall duty room.
    • On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
  • Note: Notifications related to family registers are not accepted at the Branch Office.
