• Current municipality office of the notifier's registered domicile
• City or Ward Office of the New Registered Domicile of the Notifier
• Municipal Office of the City, Ward, or Town of the Notifier's Location

Head of the family register and spouse (if one is deceased, the surviving spouse)
Note: If both the head of the family register and the spouse are deceased, a transfer of residency cannot be processed.

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Note: The office is open on holidays from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Outside of the above hours, applications will be accepted at the City Hall duty room.
  • On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
• Note: Notifications related to family registers are not accepted at the Branch Office.
