Necessary Items for Notification

1. Marriage Registration Form (Two adult witnesses required)
2. Identification documents of the person who came for the Notification
   Note: If a foreign national is getting married, the required documents may vary individually, so please contact the family register section.
3. My Number Card (For those who have the card and wish to change the details. It also serves as a form of identification.)
4. the Basic Resident Registration Card (for those who have the card and need to change the registered information. It also serves as a form of identification.)

Available Procedure Dates

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Note: The office is open on holidays from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Outside of the above hours, applications will be accepted at the City Hall duty room.
  • On holidays and when accepted at the City Hall's night duty room, only "custody" will be available.
• Note: Notifications related to family registers are not accepted at the Branch Office.

Original Marriage Registration Guide

We have created an original marriage registration form to celebrate the couple getting married and to serve as a cherished memory for a lifetime.
It comes with a backing sheet so that the marriage registration can be carefully preserved as a record of the marriage.
It is available for sale at 1,200 yen per copy.

Information on Special Acceptance Certificate for Marriage Registration

After submitting the marriage registration, if you have requests such as wanting a memorable item to use at the wedding, we issue a Special Marriage Registration Acceptance Certificate (B4 size, 1,400 yen per copy) as shown in the link below.
There is also a original design Special Marriage Registration Acceptance Certificate of Inagi City available.
Generally, the marriage registration acceptance certificate used as proof costs 350 yen per copy.
Note: It takes about two weeks to prepare. You will need to come to the office again to receive it at the counter.
