When you are admitted to a long-term care bed

If you are 65 years old or older and are hospitalized in a long-term care bed, you will be responsible for the standard burden amount for food and living expenses.

Note: For those who continue to have a high need for inpatient medical care or who are hospitalized in the convalescent rehabilitation ward, we will bear the same amount of food and material costs as the " meals when hospitalized ".
- For Low Income 1 and 2, please check " About burden ratio ".
- Resident tax exempt households, low income 1 and 2 people will need a " certificate of maximum amount application and reduction of standard burden for dietary treatment ". You can receive a reduction by completing the issuance procedure at the National Health Insurance counter and submitting it to a medical institution.
