Temporary handling regarding personnel standards due to the change in the classification of COVID-19 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law
Regarding the temporary handling of personnel standards for nursing care service providers related to COVID-19, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has provided administrative communications from Report 1 to Report 27 (COVID-19 special administrative communications) as indicated in the link below "Appendix 1".
In order to consolidate the contents of these COVID-19 special exception administrative communications, a notification has been issued regarding the response after the change in the classification of COVID-19 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law, effective from May 8, 2023 (as per the link below, 'Appendix 2').
Regarding the temporary handling in the COVID-19 special notice shown in "Appendix 1", it has been categorized into responses of "Continuation", "Partial Revision (Standards, etc.)", "Partial Revision (Training)", and "Termination", so please check the details.
