Regarding the revisions in the 2021 nursing care fee revision, which will end the transitional period at the end of fiscal year 2023.
In the revision of nursing care fees for the fiscal year 2021, the following revisions have completed their transitional measures by the end of fiscal year 2023 (March 31, 2024). Please check again whether you can meet the operational standards and take necessary actions regarding these revisions.

- Strengthening Initiatives for Business Continuity (All Services)
- Mandatory Training for Basic Dementia Care (All Services)
- Promotion of Abuse Prevention for Older Adults (All Services)
- Strengthening Oral Hygiene Management in Facility-based Services (Facility-based Services)
- Enhancement of Nutritional Care and Management in Facility-based Services (Facility-based Services)
- Strengthening of deductions when the facility doctor does not provide medical care (Home Rehabilitation)
