We have started accepting electronic applications and notifications for new designations, designation renewals, changes, and additional notifications through the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Electronic Application and Notification System."
While it is still possible to apply using paper as before, in principle, applications should be made through this system, so we encourage you to make active use of it.
If you apply through the "Electronic Application and Notification System," please notify the person in charge after submitting your application.

1. Creation of G Biz ID

  To use the "Electronic Application Notification System", it is necessary to create a "G Biz ID" account in advance.
