Notification of Specific Business Office Concentration Reduction
Home care support service providers are required to create a "Notification regarding the specific business concentration reduction in home care support" that includes the name of the organization with the highest referral rate (hereinafter referred to as the "organization with the highest referral rate") for services positioned in the home care plan, twice a year during the assessment period.
If the percentage of the organization with the highest referral rate for any service exceeds 80% as a result of the calculation, the notification must be submitted to Inagi City regardless of the presence of "justifiable reasons". If it does not exceed 80%, it must be retained at each facility for two years.
For the submitted notification, if "justifiable reasons" are not stated or if Inagi City determines that the stated reasons do not qualify as "justifiable reasons", a deduction of 200 units from the prescribed unit count will be applied to all home care support fees for the deduction application period.

Calculation methods for day care services and community-based day care services
In determining the application of the specific business location concentration reduction, it is acceptable to calculate not for each of the home care services and community-based home care services (hereinafter referred to as "home care services, etc."), but to calculate the number of home care service plans that positioned either or both of the home care services, and to calculate the ratio of the number of home care service plans that positioned the corporation with the highest number of referrals for home care services, etc.
