Target Audience

The following business operators are available for certified surveys within Inagi City

1. Designated Home Care Support Office
2. Community-Based Nursing Care Welfare Facility
3. Long-Term Care Insurance Facilities (Nursing Homes for the Elderly, Health Care Facilities for the Elderly, Medical Facilities for Long-Term Care)

It is possible for the business location to be outside of Inagi City.

Recruitment Requirements

The holder of the Long-Term Care Insurance qualification who has completed the new training for certification investigators conducted by the prefectures, meeting the requirements of Article 40, Paragraph 5 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act Enforcement Regulations.

Contract Fee

4,620 yen per certified survey (for home visits. Includes transportation costs, communication costs, and consumption tax)
The necessary expenses for the survey will be borne by the contractor.
