Those who are planning to set up a factory, or those who have already set up a factory but wish to change their working methods or machinery, must comply with the Environmental Ordinance to Ensure the Health and Safety of Tokyo Citizens (hereinafter referred to as the ``Environmental Preservation Ordinance''). ), it is necessary to apply for factory approval (change).
When setting up a factory, please check in advance whether it complies with other laws and regulations, such as restrictions on industry and workplace area for each zone as stipulated in the Building Standards Act.

Flow of approval application procedure

Documents required for approval application form

  1. "Factory Installation (Change) Approval Application Form" Form No. 7 Part 1, Part 2

  3. No. 7 Form Attachments 2 to 7 (prepared according to the type of facility and work method)

Other required documents may be required depending on the type of factory.

How to create a permit application form

  • If you are writing your own manuscript, please write with a ballpoint pen or fountain pen.
  • Please prepare two copies of the application form: the original and a copy. You may use copy paper for copies. A copy will be returned to you along with the issuance of the factory permit.
  • Please refer to the examples for filling out and creating the application form.

Note: Regarding various notification documents, if there is an error in the written contents due to the abolishment of seals, please correct them using double lines, etc.

Please contact the city representative in advance and have a factory representative or person in charge come to the city office.
Note: A copy of the application form will be returned at a later date. After the review is complete, we will ask the applicant to come back to our office and return the documents.
