Notification of designated workplace

　If you are going to set up a designated workshop, or if you have already set up a designated workshop but want to change the work method or machine, please comply with the environmental ordinance to ensure the health and safety of Tokyo residents (hereinafter referred to as the "environmental security ordinance"). ), you need to notify the installation (change) of the designated workshop.
In addition, when setting up a designated workshop, please check in advance whether it complies with other laws and regulations, such as restrictions on the type of industry and workplace area for each use area stipulated in the Building Standards Act.

●Please make two copies of the notification form, one original and one copy. Copies may be made on copy paper. A copy will be provided after the final inspection.
