Notification of specific facilities

Prior notification is required to install or change specific facilities based on the Noise Regulation Law and Vibration Regulation Law.

Specified facilities are facilities that generate significant noise and vibration among facilities installed in factories, business establishments, etc., and are specified by government ordinance.

• When writing by yourself, please write with a ballpoint pen or fountain pen.
• Please make two copies of the notification form, one original and one copy. Copies may be made on copy paper.
• Please refer to the description example for how to fill out and prepare the notification form.
• In the case of simultaneous notification of the Noise Regulation Law and the Vibration Regulation Law, notification drawings [4 to 7] of the Vibration Regulation Law can be omitted.

Note: Regarding various notification documents, if there is an error in the content of the description due to the abolition of stamping, please correct it with double lines.

• Please contact the person in charge of the city in advance , and the person who is going to set up the facility or the person in charge should come to the office.
• In principle, a copy of the notification form will be handed to you after the final inspection.
