At present, there are no facilities that can accept them, but we will continue to consider it.
			I would like it to be possible to increase the number of days for which commuting benefits are provided to all eligible individuals.	The number of days for which attendance is provided is not set so that employees can attend on all days the facility is open; except in emergency situations or when it is necessary for special reasons, the number of days for which payment is provided is determined based on the standard number of days set by the government. The medical expense subsidy system for children was established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, which has set a certain income limit and the self-payment amount at the time of medical examination. In order to subsidize medical expenses beyond the amount set by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the city will have to cover the entire cost. Ideally, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government should revise the system so that all children living in Tokyo can receive medical services equally. However, in our city, many citizens raising children wish to have the income limit removed from the medical expense subsidy system, and we are in a situation where we cannot wait for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to revise the system. Therefore, the city has decided to cover the financial resources and provide medical expense subsidies for all children aged 0 to 18 from April 2024. Regarding the out-of-pocket expenses when visiting a hospital, there is no out-of-pocket expense when you are hospitalized, but when you go to the hospital, you are asked to pay a maximum of 200 yen per visit.
