1 The 8th About the current situation of Namsan It's been several years since I moved here, and I've been putting up with the slow pace of town development. There aren't many places for children to play, and the plaza next to Yaoko is next to a regulating pond, so I don't feel safe because of small sandstorms, and the sheets hanging over the fence create a blind spot from the street, which is a concern for crime prevention.
Although the number of residents is increasing, the town names are different, and there are no parks, community centers, or children's centers. There are still no buses, no police box, no post office, no convenience stores, and a pediatric clinic is far away. There are no traffic lights on the main street, and when you try to cross it, cars drive out of control. Is there anything I can do?
It has already been 17 years since the project started in the eastern part of Nanzan in 2006, and as the number of residents increases, we have received many requests for improvements to public facilities such as parks.
The park on the west side of Yaoko, which is temporarily open to the public, was sprinkled with clover around April this year to prevent dust, but as the clover is not growing well, we will discuss other measures with the association.
The sheet over the fence to prevent falls at the adjustment area was temporarily installed to prevent balls, etc. from falling into the adjustment pond. In the future, Okuhata Yato Park will proceed with major maintenance, and we will use your opinions as a reference for park design.
Regarding the town name, we plan to rearrange the address upon completion of the Nanzan East Land Readjustment Project. We are currently considering the name of the town at a district citizen review meeting that includes local residents, and we will listen to the wishes of the local community in August. We will conduct a survey to confirm.
Regarding community centers and children's centers, there are currently no plans to open them in the eastern Nanzan district, but there are five children's centers and the i-Plaza children's and youth area in the city, where various businesses including creative projects can be held. Please take advantage of this service even though it will be located far away from your residence.
Regarding police boxes, we will continue to request the Metropolitan Police Department to establish new police boxes and strengthen the police system.
Regarding post offices, it will be up to Japan Post Co., Ltd. to decide, but we have not heard of any plans to open one.
Regarding buses, we are in discussions with bus operators, and bus routes are scheduled to change depending on the road maintenance situation.
Convenience stores, clinics, and other facilities will largely depend on the intentions of business operators and landowners, as well as the association's plans to sell reserved land. However, commercial facilities are likely to open along roads leading from Inagi Station and around Giants Town. We have established a plan for possible land use.
Regarding traffic lights, we are in discussions with the Metropolitan Police Department and Tama Chuo Police Station, and plan to install traffic lights at necessary locations in line with road maintenance.
The city will work with the association to develop public facilities as soon as possible in order to create a good living environment.

2 The 8th About electric vehicle EV stand installation When I drove an EV, I was surprised to find that there were no charging stations at all public facilities in the city. Please proactively install charging stations. In February 2020, the city declared its aim to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050 by actively promoting decarbonization measures in the public and consumer sectors.
We believe that installing publicly available EV chargers at the proposed city public facilities is an effective measure to popularize EV vehicles with high environmental performance, but the amount of electricity used for charging Although rapid charging equipment is desirable in light of renewable energy and the length of stay in the facility, there are issues such as high installation costs, so we will closely monitor market trends and refer to examples from other cities for effective methods. We will continue our research while doing so.
In addition, we believe that the efforts of car sales companies are primarily required to ensure sufficient charging equipment as EV cars become popular.

3 The 8th Regarding road mirror installation There is a crosswalk on Tatedai Kobushi Street that does not have a traffic light, and no matter how much you stop and check left and right, you are likely to be run over by a car moving forward. This may be due to the large number of blind spots and lack of signs. We request the installation of road mirrors. After checking the scene, we found that the installation of curved mirrors was not recommended due to environmental factors, as the road is wide open and there is nothing to obstruct the view, and the intersection is subject to temporary stopping regulations. The city is not considering installing curved mirrors. For information on the installation requirements for curved mirrors, please see the Inagi City website "Living/Procedures → Traffic Safety/Bicycles → Traffic Safety → Curved Mirrors".
To prevent traffic accidents at intersections, the city has installed post cones to reduce the speed of vehicles and to ensure the safety of pedestrians. However, it is a traffic violation for a vehicle not to stop temporarily even though there is a pedestrian crossing the street, so we will request the Tama Chuo Police Station to crack down on traffic violations.

4 16th About mowing the Misawagawa Water Park Misawa River Shinsui Park is crowded with many nursery school children and parents with their children when the grass is mowed, but since the grass has not been mowed for a while, there are no pleasant sights to be seen. Please mow the grass so that it can be used as a place for citizens to relax. Grass cutting at Misawagawa Water Park is carried out twice a year. Regarding the specific work schedule for this year, the first time will be held on June 5th (Monday), and the second time will be held over three days: August 7th (Monday), August 8th (Tuesday), and August 11th (Friday). It was conducted. We will continue to strive for appropriate park management. Green and Environment Division Green and Park Section
5 16th About resurfacing sidewalks Please resurface the sidewalk along the Misawa River. In particular, the area from Shinno Bridge to Inagi Chuo Bridge is a gravel road and uneven road. Inagi City is carrying out road pavement repairs throughout the city area in a planned manner, prioritizing them. We are also checking the current status of the sidewalks along the Misawa River, and will continue to consider ways to improve them while taking into account the deterioration of the pavement.
Until improvements are made, we will continue to conduct daily inspections and make partial repairs as necessary.

1 3 days About restaurants The cafe ``Hidamari'' in the Shiroyama Cultural Center, the restaurant ``Park Hill'' in the general gymnasium, and the ``Cafe Schlossberg'' in the central library are all too plain, so I would like them to be nicer and make you want to go into them.

[About Cafe “Hidamari”]
The cafe ``Hidamari'' is lent and operated by the Inagi City Social Welfare Council as a place for activities for people with disabilities. When we conveyed the opinions we received to the Social Welfare Council, they responded, ``We will make every effort to make this a place where everyone can feel free to gather.'' The city is also supporting efforts to improve wages for people with disabilities. We look forward to your continued use and support.
[About restaurant “Park Hill”]
The restaurant "Park Hill" located in the Inagi Central Park Gymnasium is scheduled to become a new dining space based on the proposal of the designated manager in conjunction with the renewal of the designated manager of the general gymnasium in 2026. In the future, we will discuss with the designated manager and work to disseminate information such as improvements to restaurant guidance.
[About Cafe Schlossberg]
"Cafe Schlossberg" is a cafe attached to a library, so it is different from a regular restaurant, but based on your feedback, we have added information about the cafe to the library entrance and Shiroyama Experience Learning Center entrance, etc. We will consider ways to attract the attention of people.
In addition, we offer seasonal menus and, most recently, a menu titled ``Tastes Favored by Great Writers'' that can only be found in a cafe attached to a library. We will continue to operate the cafe with the aim of creating a more attractive cafe so that our users can have a comfortable time.

2 14th Regarding public use of the general gymnasium recreation room I took my grandchild to the general gymnasium's recreation room to play ping pong, etc., but it was fully booked by groups and was not open to the general public. I would like to see at least some slots made available to Inagi residents who visit on the day. The Inagi Central Park General Gymnasium is open to individuals on certain days each month, and slots without group reservations are also opened at any time. The recreation room was open to individuals for family ping pong for a total of 25 days in July (including 10 days on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and we will continue to hold open days in the future.
Opening dates and times are irregular, so please contact the general gymnasium when using the facility, or check the website of the designated manager, Inagi Green Wellness Foundation.

3 The 23rd How to use the general gymnasium To use the general gymnasium, an application must be made, and the group to use the facility will be selected by lottery, but these days, groups belonging to the sports association make reservations for one year, and general groups are not allowed to participate in the lottery. Please consider the following so that citizens can use the general gymnasium fairly.
○ Applications will be made fairly by each organization.
○Groups affiliated with the sports association will be given priority when participating in city sports festivals, etc.
○When sports associations hold competitions, etc., priority is given.
○ When using half of the recreation room, consider the use of the kendo hall, etc.
Regarding the use of the general gymnasium, reservations may be made before the general group lottery due to the need to secure the use of the general gymnasium in advance for holding tournaments, events, etc., not only for groups affiliated with the sports association. As the number of prioritized tournaments and events increases year by year, we will continue to consider reservation methods based on the opinions we have received to ensure fairness for users.
Regarding the consideration of a Kendo hall as an alternative to the recreation room, I think it would be difficult for the city to make a general decision as it depends on the wishes of the users.

4 24th Regarding application for Tokyo National Health Insurance limit application certificate When applying, why do I need a stamp after checking my driver's license, checking my number card, and filling in the number? Can you improve it? To apply for a ceiling amount application certificate, after verifying your identity, submit the symbol and number of your insurance card, the name, date of birth, and address of the head of household, and the name and name of the person eligible for reduction in the National Health Insurance System. We have created an application form with the date of birth and relationship with the head of the household printed on it to reduce the burden of filling out the application form at the counter. The need to affix the applicant's seal can also be omitted by signing the applicant's name. is possible.
Deleting the stamp field from application forms created using the National Health Insurance System requires system improvements and costs, so we are currently taking the above steps, but when we update the system in the future, we will update the application form. We will delete the stamp column from here.
We apologize for the inconvenience in the event that we did not provide sufficient information regarding the need to stamp the application form during procedures at the counter, but we will continue to ensure that such information is provided at the counter.
Additionally, by registering to use your My Number Card as a health insurance card, you will no longer need to present a certificate of limit application at medical institutions that accept the use of your My Number Card as a health insurance card.
