How to Dispose and Precautions When Disposing

• Please put each item in a plastic bag. In particular, please place batteries and mercury thermometers in separate bags.
• Please leave the fluorescent lights as they are, and if there are two or more, please tie them together with a string before disposing of them.
• Please insulate the button batteries with tape or similar on both sides before disposing of them.
• For small electronic devices with non-removable rechargeable batteries, please do not dispose of them as non-combustible waste. Instead, tape the terminals with tape such as cellophane tape and dispose of them as "hazardous waste" or place them in the "small electronic device collection box."
• Rechargeable batteries should be insulated with tape such as cellophane tape and either disposed of as "hazardous waste" or taken to a "city recycling cooperation store."
• Please dispose of spray cans, cartridge gas canisters, and lighters after they are completely used. If you cannot use them up, please dispose of them as they are without puncturing, as there is a risk of ignition.
