We provide a "Garbage Disposal Support Seal" to home helpers and supporters such as non-cohabiting relatives who assist those who have difficulty taking out the garbage due to age or other reasons.
The seal will be given at the time of application, so please apply it directly to your garbage storage container (such as a plastic bucket) for use.
Garbage marked with the seal can be disposed of on days other than the designated collection days.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of the surrounding residents.

Eligibility

Care managers, home helpers, or equivalent personnel

Eligible Waste and Recyclables

Burnable Garbage, Non-burnable Garbage, Old Paper & Cloth, Hazardous Waste & Metals
Caution
Please dispose of bottles, cans, and PET bottles at the nearest resource recovery station whenever possible.
However, if they are dirty or if it is difficult to dispose of them at the resource recovery station, bottles and cans can be disposed of as "Non-burnable Garbage" and PET bottles as "Burnable Garbage."

Application

We are accepting applications at any time.
Please submit the completed Application Form at the Living Environment Division counter on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
Applications are limited to those from the above-mentioned eligible individuals.

Other Notes

  • Individuals and relatives should prepare covered containers to address animal damage (mainly crows).
  • The dirt on covered containers can cause bad odors and may disturb the neighbors, so supporters are encouraged to maintain proper cleaning.
  • Please attach the support seal to containers, etc., in a position that is easy for the collection workers to see.
  • In the case of apartment buildings, the individual, relatives, or supporters must obtain permission in advance for placing containers, etc., for garbage disposal at collection points on days other than the designated collection day.
  • In the case where a management association or similar organization has implemented its own waste disposal support measures in a collective housing, please prioritize the support measures of each collective housing.
  • Please organize the items inside the container so that the collection workers can easily collect the relevant items on the collection day.
  • Collection will take place on the collection dates listed in the "Waste and Recycling Calendar."
