We are distributing "diaper-specific bags"

Diaper-specific bags are distributed at City Hall, the Child and Family Support Center, and the Health Center, so please make use of them.

  • Note: The diaper-specific bag is a garbage bag for "paper diapers only." Please place only paper diapers with waste removed into the bag and put it out on burnable garbage day.
  • Note: Please be aware that if other garbage is placed in the diaper disposal bag, it cannot be collected.
  • Note: Diapers can be disposed of in designated collection bags for Inagi City (Burnable Garbage bags) in addition to diaper-specific bags.

Eligible recipients (those using diapers and falling under any of the following categories)

  • Infants and Young Children under 4 Years Old
  • Older Adults aged 65 and over
  • Persons with a Disability Certificate

Note: For those who have a maternal and child health handbook, if it is difficult to come to the distribution facility after childbirth, it is possible to receive it before childbirth.

Number of Copies Distributed

Up to 3 sets (30 sheets) per person for each use

    4. Elegant Momura Branch Office (Inagi-Naganuma Station Front)

    1. Higashi-Naganuma (NPO Minori, near Inagi-Naganuma Station under the Nambu Line elevated track)
    2. Koyodai (Pawpaw tree, within Koyodai 6-chome housing complex)
  9. Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center (Koyodai)

Distribution Time

Weekdays (excluding holidays and the year-end and New Year period) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Note: 1. The City Hall 1st floor General Service Counter (Higashi-Naganuma) is also open on the Holiday Service Counter days, which are the 2nd Sunday and the 4th Saturday.
  • Note: The opening days of the Elegant Momura Branch Office (Inagi-Naganuma Station front) are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Note: 8.1. NPO Minori: Weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, 2. Papaya Tree: Weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Note: In addition, distribution is available at Licensed Childcare Centers, some Kindergartens, and some Certified Childcare Centers, limited to facility users.

Distribution facilities that require prior application to City Hall

  1. Second Cultural Center (Yanokuchi)
  2. Fourth Cultural Center (Higashi-Naganuma)

Notice: If you wish to pick up at the above facility, please contact the Living Environment Division at City Hall in advance with the necessary information (address, user's name, date of birth, phone number, number of bags requested, preferred distribution facility, preferred distribution date and time) and then go for the pickup. Please note that depending on the facility, it may take about 3 days from the application until the bags arrive, so thank you for your understanding.

(Reference) Pickup Method at the Second Cultural Center and Fourth Cultural Center

  1. I would like to pick up diaper bags at the Second Cultural Center and the Fourth Cultural Center.
  2. Contact the Living Environment Division by phone or email to provide the necessary information (address, user name, date of birth, phone number, number of items requested, preferred distribution facility, preferred distribution date).
    Note: Depending on the facility, you may need to allow a gap of about 3 days from the application date for the preferred distribution date.
  3. Send diaper-specific bags from the Living Environment Division to facilities that request them.
  4. Diaper-specific bags will arrive at the facilities that requested them.
  5. Go to the designated facility to pick up the diaper-specific bags at the desired date and time.
