Application Form for General Household Use (Detached and Apartment Houses)

If you have newly built a residence (single-family home or apartment), a Notification is required to start garbage collection.
Please fill out the necessary information on the above Application Form and submit it to the Environment Department along with a diagram indicating the disposal location by one week before the collection start date.

Application Form for Business Establishments

General waste generated by businesses can be collected by the city's waste collection service if it is up to 15kg per collection.
When using the city's collection service, please fill out the necessary information on the above Application Form and submit it to the Environment Department along with a diagram indicating the disposal location by one week before collection starts.
