Convenience store grant of taxation certificate, tax exemption certificate

Municipal tax and metropolitan inhabitant tax taxation certificates can be issued at multi-functional terminals at convenience stores, etc.
On February 16, 2017, Inagi City started a convenience store issuance service that allows you to obtain certificates such as a copy of your resident card at convenience stores nationwide using your My Number Card (personal number card).
To use this service, you will need your My Number Card (individual number card).
Who can use
Those who are registered as residents in Inagi City and have a My Number Card (with an electronic certificate for user verification)
Note: Basic Resident Registration Cards and Notification Cards cannot be used.
Obtainable certificate
Municipal tax / Metropolitan inhabitant tax taxation certificate (tax exemption certificate)
Fee: 300 yen per copy Object: For the person who declares (even dependents need to declare)
Issuable year: Only the latest year
Note: Taxation certificates for the previous year will be issued between April 1st and May 31st.
How to Use
Obtain a certificate at a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) such as a convenience store nationwide that supports the following convenience store issuance.
- Touch "Government Service" on the touch panel screen of the multi-function terminal (multi-copier).
- Set your My Number Card in the designated position and enter the 4-digit PIN (for the user certificate).
- Touch the certificate type.
- Insert the fee and touch "Print Start".
- A certificate and receipt will be printed.
Utilization time
6:30am to 11:00pm Note: Operating hours may vary depending on the store.
Note: Excluding the New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd), Wednesday May 29th, 2024 to Sunday June 2nd, 2024, and equipment maintenance periods.
Used store
Nationwide Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart, Seicomart, Aeon Retail, A Corp Kagoshima, Ministop, Poplar, Japan Post, Aeon Kyushu, etc.
Note: Stores that do not have a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) cannot use this service.
Security measures
- Since the user can obtain it by operating a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) himself/herself, the personal information will not be seen by others.
- We take measures to prevent leakage of personal information, such as using a dedicated network and encrypting communications.
- We are taking measures against forgetting to take my number cards and certificates with the screen display and voice guidance of multi-function terminals (multi-copy machines).
- Certificates are printed with anti-counterfeiting and tampering prevention processing.
Instructions (please read by all means)
- Those who have not completed procedures to renew their Individual Number Card after submitting a notification of moving in cannot use the Convenience Store Issuance Service. It is necessary to carry out procedures for continuation at the city hall or a branch office.
- Those who have submitted a moving-out notification cannot use the convenience store issuance service even if they are taxed in Inagi City. Please apply at the city hall, branch office, or request by mail.
- Those who filed for a transfer on a holiday open day cannot obtain a certificate immediately. Available from the afternoon of the next business day.
- Persons eligible for support measures under the Basic Resident Register Act cannot use convenience store issuance services. Please apply at the counter of the city hall or branch office.
- The paper is different from the certificate issued at the city hall or branch office.
- Certificates cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- If there is a problem with the device, such as a paper jam or printing problem, please report it to the staff on the spot, and reissue the certificate after receiving a refund.
- If you would like to obtain a certificate because the fee is exempted due to regulations, etc., please apply at the city hall or branch office (the fee cannot be refunded later).
- It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please do not leave the spot while it is being issued.
- My number card is an important card that contains personal information and can be used as an official identification card. Please be careful when handling such as misplacing.
- If you have lost your PIN, you will need to reset your PIN at the city hall or branch office.
- If you enter the wrong PIN code three times in a row, it will be locked. Unlocking requires procedures at the city hall or a branch office.
Resident's card and seal certificate can also be issued.
