Citizen posting app "My City Report"
Updated: April 1, 2022
Outline of “My City Report”
Inagi City has introduced a smartphone app that allows residents to post damage and defects to roads and parks in order to manage roads and parks together with citizens.
This system is a smartphone app called " My City Report for citizens (MCR citizen posting app) " (MCR for short) developed mainly by the University of Tokyo.
When citizens find damage or defects in roads and parks, they post them using their smartphone cameras and GPS.
We look forward to your contributions.

Points to note when using
- Reporting by this app is not premised on emergency response. In case of emergency, please call the emergency contact for each administrator displayed when selecting a report. For city roads, please contact the Inagi City Office Management Section Maintenance Section (042-378-2111). (Note: On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, you will be connected to the staff on duty.)
- Please include at least two close-up and far-away photos in your report (since close-up shots alone can make it difficult to locate damage or defects).
- Please read the following terms of use and publishing guidelines before using the app.
