Adapt system

The adoption system was established in August 2002 as a system for citizens to manage public facilities such as roads, waterways, parks, and green spaces managed by the city on their own initiative and responsibility, in collaboration with the city. (Inagi City public facility adapt system) has started.
We believe that through greening, beautification, cleaning activities, etc. under the adoption system, we will be able to promote a sense of protection for public facilities, improve the local environment, and form a local community.
Conventionally, public facilities were managed by the government, but by performing management by citizens, it will be possible to manage and effectively utilize public facilities according to the characteristics of the region.

Adaptation system contents

Those who can become co-administrators

(1) Living, working, or attending school in the city, being an elementary school student or older, or a group consisting of these persons.
(2) Organizations, etc. must fall under any of the following. However, if the main members of the organization, etc. are elementary school students or junior high school students, the representative must be a guardian or an educator.
Oh, representative being adult and having address in the city.
A representative is an adult and working for a company with an office in the city.
(3) Organizations, etc. that are able to carry out tree planting, beautification, cleaning, etc. continuously for a period of one year or more.
(4) It is not an organization that harms or may harm the public interest, a profit-making organization, a religious activity organization, a political activity organization, etc.

Activity content

(1) Thing about greening of public facilities, beautification and cleaning.
(2) Thing about enlightenment of awareness of maintenance to public facility.
(3) Thing about suggestion of improvement about function of public facilities and implementation.
(4) Matters related to communication such as damage to public facilities.
(5) Matters related to the management of public facilities other than those listed in the preceding items.

Use of public facilities, etc.

Collaborative managers can install and manage flowerbeds, or acquire or use flowers or thinned wood, after obtaining permission from the mayor for the public facilities they manage.

Details of support for activities

City can support collaboration manager to advocate next within budget.
(1) Supply or lending of necessary materials for greening, beautification or cleaning (2) Lending of armbands (3) Posting of signboards listing the names of cooperating administrators (as a general rule, one public facility place)
(4) Taking out accident insurance (5) Holding workshops

How to apply for the adapt system

Application procedure

(1) Inquire and consult with the City Hall Green and Environment Division.
(2) After filling out the necessary items on the Adaptation System application form , apply at the City Hall Green and Environment Division or Management Division counter, and the application contents such as activity plans will be examined.
(3) As a result of the examination, if the applicant and the city discuss and agree, an agreement will be exchanged between the organization and the mayor.
(4) Started activities under the adapt system
Note: Please submit an activity report to the city after starting the activity.

After starting the activity, please fill in the activity report for one year by the end of May every year and submit it to the city.

If there are changes

If there is a change in the activity location, participants, content, etc., please submit a change notification form to the city. After submission, we can change agreement contents after discussion with city.

When to stop an activity

If you want to stop the activity, please submit a cancellation request form to the city. After submission, you can cancel the agreement with the City.

Note: If you cancel the agreement, please restore the place you are managing to the current state.
