[Application Closed] Adjustment Benefits

On December 22, 2023, the outline for the tax reform for fiscal year 2024 was approved by the Cabinet. As part of measures to prevent our economy from reverting to deflation, a fixed amount tax reduction for Income Tax for the year 2024 and for resident tax for fiscal year 2024 is being implemented. Under this fixed amount tax reduction, adjustment benefits will be provided to those who are expected to be unable to fully benefit from the tax reduction. Please note that this benefit is treated as non-taxable and exempt from seizure under the law.
The application period for adjustment benefits has closed as of Thursday, October 31, 2024.
