Energetic Muscle Strengthening Exercises! Fall and Fracture Prevention Exercise Class
A health exercise instructor will visit groups of approximately 10 or more people to teach exercises. (Total of 10 sessions) The goal is for the group to continue exercising together after the classes are finished. Currently, there are about 50 groups in the city that continue to exercise.
Eligible Individuals
- Generally, those aged 65 and over who can come to the venue independently
- Those who have not been instructed by a doctor to limit exercise

If about 10 people gather, please consult the Senior Welfare Division of Inagi City Hall or the nearby Community General Support Center.
Contents
Mainly strengthens muscle and balance functions. It is performed while sitting in a chair.

- Strength Training
- Balance Exercise
- Brain training to enhance concentration, etc.

Fall Prevention Exercise Program (PDF 865.5KB)
Based on the program, the instructor will teach according to the participants' levels.
Support for Autonomy
During the 10 sessions of the fall prevention exercise class, the instructor will also provide support aimed at self-management, such as how to continue the exercises on your own even if the instructor is no longer present, including key points of the exercises and how to call out encouragement.
