Regarding the White Paper on Complaints and Consultation regarding Nursing Care Insurance Services in Tokyo

The Tokyo Federation of National Health Insurance Organizations (hereinafter referred to as TNF) accepts complaints about nursing care insurance services and publishes on its website the "White Paper on Complaints and Consultations on Nursing Care Insurance Services in Tokyo," which compiles case studies and statistical information on complaints received by TNF, municipalities in Tokyo, and Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Until now, the Complaints and Consultation White Paper has been distributed for a fee, but we would like to inform you that from fiscal 2015 it will be posted on the Tokyo National Health Insurance Association's website.

Please read it and use it to improve the quality of nursing care services.
