Complaint consultation white paper on long-term care insurance services in Tokyo

 The Tokyo Metropolitan Federation of National Health Insurance Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Tokyo National Health Insurance Federation) accepts complaint consultations regarding long-term care insurance services, as well as examples and statistical information of complaints received by the National Health Insurance Federation, municipalities in Tokyo, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. We publish "complaint consultation white paper of long-term care insurance service in Tokyo" which we gathered up on homepage.

 The Complaint Consultation White Paper has been distributed for a fee until now, but from 2015, it will be posted on the Tokyo National Health Insurance Federation's website.

 Please read it and use it to improve the quality of nursing care services.
