We are looking for certified investigators for long-term care insurance (individual commission)

Recruitment of certified investigators (individual consignment)

With an increase in the number of certification applications for long-term care insurance, we are recruiting contract applicants for individual consignment to carry out certification surveys for certification of long-term care and support requirements.

Outsourced work

Investigation of certification for long-term care and support (mainly within the city) and preparation of questionnaires

Application requirements

Those who correspond to all of the following

  • Long-term care support specialist qualification holders who meet the requirements of Article 40, Paragraph 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act
  • Completed new certification investigator training sponsored by prefectures, etc., and have experience in nursing care certification surveys
  • You can participate in workshops hosted by Inagi City

Flow up to contract

  1. Document review
  2. interview
  3. contract

About the first investigation, the staff of city accompanies.

Contract period

From the contract start date to March 31, 2023 (with contract renewal)

Commission fee

4,620 yen per certified survey (in the case of at-home, including consumption tax)

  • Expenses related to the investigation shall be borne by the trustee (transportation expenses, communication expenses, etc.)

Application method

Please submit the following documents to the Nursing Care Certification Section, Elderly Welfare Division, Inagi City Hall.

  • Resume (commercially available)
  • Copy of care support specialist certificate
  • Prefectural accreditation survey Documents that prove completion, such as a certificate of completion of new training
