Final tax return You can receive deductions when filing your tax return.

Deduction for persons with disabilities (deduction for elderly persons with disabilities and persons with special disabilities)

You can receive the deduction even if you do not have a physical disability certificate.

Target audience 

Those who fall under all of the following (1) People aged 65 and over who have been certified as needing long-term care (2) People who have been confirmed to have difficulties in daily life due to dementia or being bedridden for 6 months or more, based on certification materials for long-term care

A certificate issued by the city is required. It takes about 2 weeks to issue. Please contact us for details.

Medical expense deduction (use fee for long-term care insurance services (10% to 30% of self-pay amount))

1.Some nursing care insurance services are eligible for medical expense deductions.

Target service

  • Facility services (special elderly nursing homes, long-term care health facilities, long-term care medical facilities, long-term care hospitals)
  • In-home service (It is assumed that it is positioned in the in-home service plan and used together with medical services.)

Note: Receipt required. The deductible amount varies depending on the service you use.

2. Diapers are eligible for medical expense deduction.

To qualify for the medical expense deduction for diapers, you must attach a "diaper use certificate" issued by a doctor. However, if you are certified as a caregiver and meet the following conditions, we can issue a "diaper medical expenses deduction certificate" instead of a "diaper use certificate", so please contact us.

Target audience

Those who fall under all of the following (1) It is the second year or later that you receive a medical expense deduction for diapers.
(2) It can be confirmed that the patient is bedridden and urinary incontinence based on the doctor's statement used for long-term care certification under long-term care insurance.

Social insurance premium deduction (national health insurance tax, medical insurance premium for the elderly aged 75 or over, long-term care insurance premium)

We can confirm the total amount of insurance tax (charge) that we paid between January and December by the following method.

Confirmation method

(1) Withholding from pensions "Public pension tax withholding slips" sent from pension payers such as the Japan Pension Service around January every year (Only the person can use it as a deduction for social insurance premiums)

(2) Entry into the passbook of the withdrawal account for direct debit

(3) Receipt for those who paid with a payment slip

Note: If you do not know the payment amount, please bring your identity verification documents (driver's license, passport, My Number card, physical disability certificate, etc.) and check at the counter.
