Using the publicly available data held by the Long-Term Care Insurance insurers, this provides a simple representation of the implementation status and was developed by the "Policy Research Group for Creating Community-Based Care in Large Cities."
By having insurers create this sheet over several years, time series analysis becomes possible.
Additionally, by comparing this sheet with those of other insurers, inter-regional analysis becomes possible.

What can be analyzed with the "Insurer Sheet"

(1) The balance between the condition of older adults requiring care and services

The characteristics and challenges of the relevant insurer become clear due to the balance between the need for long-term care and insurance benefits, as well as the relationship with insurance finances.

(2) Sustainable System Management

The outlook of insurance premiums, the status of the fund, and the relationship with the structure of insurance benefits reveal the state of policy effectiveness.
From the indicators of the working generation and the community, the potential of local power surrounding Long-Term Care Insurance can be understood.

(3) Effective Development of Community Support Projects

The effectiveness of community support projects (community care meetings, comprehensive projects, home medical care and nursing collaboration, and comprehensive dementia measures) will become clear.

(4) End-of-Life Care

By creating a radar chart of the home medical care-related indicators per resident (aged 65 and over), the situation of end-of-life care in the community can be understood.
From these and the situations of home deaths and facility deaths, the capacity for home medical care and end-of-life support in the community becomes clear.
