Long-Term Care Insurance Management Council

The Long-Term Care Insurance Management Council is established under the provisions of the Inagi City Long-Term Care Insurance Ordinance to discuss the formulation and evaluation of the Long-Term Care Insurance business plan, the operation of Long-Term Care Insurance projects, and other matters related to Long-Term Care Insurance.
If you wish to observe the meeting, please contact the secretariat (Senior Welfare Division Long-Term Care Insurance Section) by two days before the meeting date. Admission for observation is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will close once the capacity is reached.
Regarding the meeting materials, they can be viewed at the Senior Welfare Division starting the day after the meeting is held.

Points to Note When Attending Meetings

1. Please fill in your name and other details at the venue reception by the scheduled start time of the meeting.
2. Eating, drinking, smoking, taking photographs, recording, and audio recording are prohibited inside the venue.
3. Some discussions may be held in private. In that case, please leave the room.
4. During the meeting, please observe quietly and refrain from openly expressing approval or disapproval of the speech through applause or other means. Additionally, we ask that you refrain from entering or exiting during the meeting.
5. To maintain order during the meeting, please follow the instructions of the secretariat when attending the meeting. If you do not follow the instructions of the secretariat, the chairperson of the council (or the vice-chairperson in their absence) will issue a warning, and if you still do not comply, you may be asked to leave.
