Recruiting Long-Term Care Insurance Certification Investigators (Individual Contract)

In response to the increase in the number of applications for Long-Term Care Insurance certification, we are recruiting individuals who wish to contract for conducting certification surveys for those requiring care and support.

Contracted Services

Certification survey for long-term care and support needs (mainly within the city) and creation of survey forms

Application Requirements

Those who meet all of the following criteria

• Holders of the Long-Term Care Insurance Support Specialist qualification who meet the requirements of Article 40, Paragraph 5 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act Enforcement Regulations
• Has completed the new training for certified surveyors hosted by the prefecture, and has experience in long-term care certification surveys.
• Can participate in the training session hosted by Inagi City

Process until Contract

1. Document Review
2. Interview
3. Contract

For the initial investigation, city staff will accompany you.

Contract Period

From the contract start date to the end of the fiscal year (March 31, with contract renewal)

Contract Fee

4,620 yen per certified survey (for home visits, including consumption tax)

The expenses related to the survey will be borne by the contractor (transportation costs, communication costs, etc.)

Application Method

Please submit the following documents to the Senior Welfare Division, Care Certification Section of Inagi City Hall.

• Resume (commercially available is acceptable)
• Copy of Care Manager Certificate
• Documents that prove the completion of the new training for the prefectural certification survey, such as completion certificates
