The person who can file the notification is either the "individual or the head of the household." When filing the notification, please bring identification documents such as a driver's license or passport. If you are acting as a proxy, a power of attorney is also required. Additionally, those who have a My Number Card or the Basic Resident Registration Card can proceed with special procedures, so please refer to the page "What is the Basic Resident Registration Network System" or the page "Special Procedures for Moving In" for more details.
