When moving to Inagi City [Notification of Moving In]
Please bring the certificate of transfer and the residence cards or special permanent resident certificates for all new residents to the Citizen Affairs Division within 14 days of moving in.
When moving out of Inagi City [Moving Out Notification]
We will issue a certificate of transfer, so please bring your identification documents (driver's license, passport, residence card, etc.) and complete the procedure at the Citizen Affairs Division after 14 days prior to your planned moving date.
Change of Address Notification in Inagi City
Please bring the residence cards or special permanent resident certificates for all movers to the Citizen Affairs Division within 14 days of moving in.
Notes
- Procedures cannot be completed at each Branch Office.
- If someone other than the person or the head of the household is handling the procedure, please bring a power of attorney (proxy appointment form).
