QuestionPlease tell me the necessary documents and other requirements when moving to Inagi City from abroad.

The required documents are as follows.

1. Passports of all individuals moving in
2. My Number Card (Individual Number Card)

Please note that those who can file a notification are "the person themselves or a member of the same household."

• Note: If you cannot accurately fill in your registered domicile and the head of the household on the Certificate of Residence change notification, you will need a complete family register certificate (copy) that includes all transferees and a supplementary family register.
• Note: Only those who have a My Number Card. If you are applying for reissuance of the My Number Card on the same day as your move, additional documents are required. For necessary documents, please refer to "About the My Number Card (Individual Number Card)."
