Regarding the unavailability of sports facilities due to rain, etc. (Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field)

If the sports facilities could not be used due to rain or if usage was refrained on days when the heat index exceeds 31, we have previously allowed for reservation transfers. However, starting from February of the 7th year of Reiwa, we will change to a refund policy.
Additionally, with the start of the refund policy, the rules will change. Please note that you must declare in order to receive a refund.
The new rules will take effect from February 1st of the 7th year of Reiwa.
(Note) If you do not use the facilities for personal reasons, you will not be eligible.

New Refund Rules

1. If it cannot be used due to rain or other reasons, a report stating that it cannot be used within the designated time must be submitted (required)
2. The administrator will review and notify you of the approval or disapproval for the refund eligibility.
3. Once approved, submit a refund request

Refund Policy Conditions (in case of rain or bad weather)

• You must definitely report if you were unable to use it due to rain or other reasons within the designated time. Please note that refunds cannot be issued without a report.
• Please note that refunds cannot be issued even if a declaration has been made, if it is determined that it is not raining.
• If you do not make a declaration within the specified time, it will be considered as having been used, and refunds will not be possible, so please understand.
• In addition to the above, refunds may be issued when approved by the administrator.

Refund Conditions (when the heat index is 31 or higher)

• You must report if you refrain from using the facilities due to heat stroke within the designated time.If you do not report, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please be aware of this.
• For details on how to file, please check the information for each facility below.
• Refundable days are only those when the heat index (WBGT) is 31 or higher at the observation points in Hachioji or Fuchu. Refunds will be issued if the heat index exceeds 31 within 30 minutes from the start time of use, or if it is expected to exceed 31 one hour prior.
• If you do not make a declaration within the specified time, it will be considered as having been used, and refunds will not be possible, so please understand.

How to report if you were unable to use it

In case of rain or bad weather / when the heat index is 31 or higher

 

• Please contact us by phone at the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field between one hour before and thirty minutes after the start time.
• We will inform you whether you are eligible for a refund when you contact us.

Refund Application Method

Registration of an email address in the Public Facilities reservation system is required for refund applications.

Reservations for use on or after March 1, 2025

1. When you submit an unused declaration using the above method, we will inform you of the approval or disapproval of the refund on the spot.
2. We will provide information about the online refund application form via email at a later date.
3. Please submit your refund request using the online refund application form included in the email.
4. Refund amounts will be transferred to the specified account sequentially. It will take about 2 months until the transfer is completed.

Reservations until February 28, 2025

1. You must report to the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field by phone between 1 hour before and 30 minutes after the start time of use.
2. If you are applying for a refund, please submit the usage approval form to Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field.
3. We will provide you with the online refund application form when submitting the usage approval document.
4. Please submit your refund request through the online refund application form provided in the guidance.
5. Refund amounts will be transferred to the specified account sequentially. It will take about 2 months until the transfer is completed.
