Update of User Registration for Public Facilities in Inagi City (Sports Facilities)

For those who are registered to use the sports facilities in Inagi City, if your registration has expired, you will not be able to make a payment for the facility even if you have made a provisional reservation through the Public Facilities reservation system.
(For example, even if you win the lottery for facility use in June, if your registration has expired, you will not be able to make a payment until the renewal is completed. Therefore, if the renewal is not completed by the end of the payment period starting from July 1, you will not be able to make a payment, and your reservation will be automatically canceled.)
If you have not completed your renewal, please proceed with the renewal process as soon as possible. (Renewal does not complete immediately after application. Please refer to the registration certificate issuance schedule below for the duration of the renewal process.)

• Note: If there are any deficiencies in the Application Form, corrections will be necessary. The date on which the "complete document without deficiencies" is accepted will be considered the application date, so please be careful when applying.
• Note: The City Hall is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the New Year holidays.

• Note: It usually takes 14 days from the date the application is received to issue the registration certificate, as the application form and attached documents will be reviewed.
• Note: We will not contact you regarding the issuance of the registration certificate, so please check the above registration certificate issuance schedule and come to the desired pickup location at the time of application.

Important Notes for Receiving Registration Certificate

A valid identification is required to receive the registration certificate.
The recipients of the group registration certificate include the group representative, contact person, group members, and their cohabiting family members. The recipient of the individual registration certificate is the registrant themselves or their cohabiting family members.
Both groups and individuals can only be received by those who are high school students or older (generally 16 years or older).

For New Registrants

The validity period of the newly registered registration certificate is two years from the date of issuance of the registration certificate, as stated in the Inagi City Sports Facilities (Individual/Group) Guide.
Please note that the date of issuance of the registration certificate will be 14 days after the date the application is accepted without any deficiencies.
