How to Use and Install the Smart Key

Smart Key Usage Instructions

1. [Facility Use Start] Check the confirmation number in the email received upon reservation or on the reservation system.

2. Press the PIN code (4 digits) on the smart key box installed near the facility entrance.

3. Take the key for the facility entrance from the key box

4. Unlock the facility entrance (the type of key varies by facility)

5. Press the PIN code (4 digits) again on the smart key box to open the box

6. Return the key to the smart key box

7. Press the long horizontal button above the number buttons to lock the key box

8. [Facility Use End] After using the facility, lock the entrance key following steps 2 to 7, and return the key to the smart key box and lock it.

Location of Smart Key Boxes

Inagi North Green Space Park Tennis Court

It is located next to the entrance of each court.

Omaru Park Tennis Court

There are lighting fixtures for Court A and Court B at the entrance to the pathway to the tennis courts.

Shiroyama Park Tennis Court

It is located next to the coat entrance.

Wakabadai Park Tennis Court A and B

It is located next to the entrance of Side A and Side B.

Wakabadai Park Tennis Court C and D

It is located next to the entrance of the C side and D side.

Friend Hirao Gymnasium and Ground

It is located next to the gym entrance.

(Note) The use of the smart key box is only on Mondays. Keys will be lent out at the reception desk as usual on other days.

Minami-Tama Sports Plaza

It is located on the streetlight next to the bus stop.
