Issuance and Renewal of Electronic Certificates for My Number Card for Those Moving Abroad
- Those whose electronic certificate on the My Number Card for overseas residents has expired
- Those whose electronic certificate included in the My Number Card for overseas residents has a validity period of less than 1 year
- Those who want to newly equip their My Number Card with an electronic certificate for overseas residents
You can apply for or update your registration at your municipality of origin.
Application Location (Registered Domicile in Inagi City)
Citizen Affairs Division of Inagi City Hall, Hirao Branch Office, Wakabadai Branch Office (procedures can be completed on-site)
Note: If you apply at an overseas diplomatic mission, this will be information regarding the reissuance application for the My Number Card.

My Number Card (PIN verification is required at the counter)
Application for Legal Representative (for those under 15 years old or adult wards)
If the person is under 15 years old or is an adult under guardianship, in principle, the issuance of a "signature electronic certificate" is not possible.
Only the issuance of a user identification electronic certificate will be allowed.
- The individual's My Number Card (PIN verification is required at the counter)
- Official identification documents with a photo issued by a public office for legal representatives 1point (such as a passport or My Number Card)
- Certificate of Registered Matters (for adults under guardianship)
Points to Note
