Updated: April 2, 2024
Regarding the submission of additional notices for the implementation of "Elderly Abuse Prevention Measures" and "Business Continuity Plan Development"
In line with the FY2020 revision of nursing care fees, from April 1, 2020, basic fees will be deducted if "elder abuse prevention measures" and "business continuity plan formulation" are not met.
Please check with each business office to see if it has been implemented, and then submit a list of systems, etc. to the city as shown below.
Documents to be submitted

Regardless of the deadline above, please submit your document as soon as possible.

Considerations
- Please note that if the system status list is not submitted, it will be considered as "1: Deductive type" from April 2024. If you claim nursing care compensation without deducting it, there is a possibility that it will be returned (error) during the review by the National Health Insurance Association.
- Regarding "whether or not measures to prevent abuse of the elderly are implemented," you must specify "matters concerning measures to prevent abuse" in the operating regulations and submit a separate change notification. Please note that if you do not submit this, your deduction will be applied even if you have a list of systems, etc.
- Regarding "whether or not a business continuity plan has been formulated," for visiting services, deductions will not be applied until March 31, 2025, but we ask that you take action as soon as possible. In addition, business establishments that formulated such plans after April 1 are also asked to submit them as soon as possible.
(Regardless of the above transitional measures, business establishments that have already formulated such plans are requested to submit them.)
