About the electronic application notification system

We have started accepting electronic application notifications from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's ``Electronic Application Notification System'' for new designations, designation renewals, changes, etc. regarding community-based service establishments designated by Inagi City.
Although it is still possible to apply on paper as usual, in principle applications will be made using this system , so please make full use of it.
If you are applying through the "Electronic Application Notification System", please notify the person in charge after submitting the electronic application notification.

About the flow of system usage

1. Creating a G Biz ID

To use the "Electronic Application Notification System", you must create a "G Biz ID" account in advance.

Note: For inquiries regarding "G Biz ID", please contact the linked inquiry form or the G Biz ID Help Desk (0570-023-797).

2. Login to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Electronic Application Notification System"
