About the collection of success stories of foreign care workers

In the 2022 social welfare promotion project, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare conducted questionnaires and interviews with foreign care workers, facilities and offices working with the status of residence of "nursing care". We have created a collection of success stories of foreign caregivers working with the status of residence “Nursing Care” by making use of this, so please make use of it.

• By conveying the history and activity status of foreign care workers who have worked in foreign countries with their expertise since their arrival in Japan, we will convey the expertise and attractiveness of care workers, as well as the impact of earthquakes on foreign care workers.
